The project «Organization of paid parking, charging stations and an automated system for recording traffic violations in the Republic of Tajikistan» (NERU) is aimed at implementing the Program for the socio-economic development of the city of Dushanbe for the period until 2025, the Strategy for the development of a «green» economy in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023 -2037 and the Electric Transport Development Program in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023-2028.
The «NERU» project consists of 3 subsystems:
Paid parking – designed to eliminate indiscriminate parking, prevent long traffic jams, increase the level of traffic and safety of motor vehicles, public transport and pedestrians.
Charging stations are aimed at creating favorable conditions for servicing electric vehicles, developing a green economy, providing national energy and supplying them with electricity in a short time.
Registration of traffic violations is aimed at ensuring the safety of vehicles, preventing violations and their timely registration.
